The LAURA ASHLEY GIFT CARD (the “Card”) is an electronic store gift card issued by Laura Ashley, Inc., which may be used exclusively for the purchase of LAURA ASHLEY merchandise at the Company’s website, www.lauraashleyusa.com. The Card is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (except where required by law) or credit against any other account. The following terms and conditions apply with respect to the issuance and use of the Card. The Card may be purchased only over the Internet by accessing the Company’s website, www.lauraashleyusa.com. The Card is issued on a prepaid basis in a specified amount (whole dollars only) primarily to consumers for personal, family or household purposes. Once issued the amount of the Card cannot be increased or the Card “reloaded”. A separate new Card must be purchased.
